Rick Murray is a non-profit executive with an extensive background in small business and healthcare. Rick has worked with hospitals, physicians, dentists and dozens of small business owners over the last 20 years and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Abrazo Central and Abrazo Scottsdale Hospitals. Currently, Rick is a Partner in a firm that develops Residential Assisted Living facilities and is CEO at the Arizona Chapter of the National Safety Council where he is helping businesses understand the profitability behind a safe workplace. Rick knows firsthand how difficult it can be to find and retain quality employees in this competitive market because he lives it every day.
